24-Hour Golf Lesson Cancellation Policy

I understand that schedules can change and unexpected situations come up. To respect my time and allow other golfers the opportunity to book available lesson times, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for all lesson cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations With 24+ Hours’ Notice

Lessons canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time may be moved to another available date at no additional charge.

Late Cancellations

Lessons canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the lesson cost.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled lesson and have not contacted me beforehand, the full lesson fee will be charged.

Lesson Packages

For students who have purchased a lesson package, a late cancellation or no-show may result in one lesson being deducted from the package.

Weather

If weather or course conditions make it unsafe or unreasonable to hold the lesson, we will reschedule at no additional charge. Weather-related cancellations will be determined by the instructor/course.

Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy. Lesson times are limited, and adequate notice gives me the opportunity to offer that appointment to another student.
